You send the activation code to the bot but it doesn’t go through. Please follow the steps on this guide.
Please make sure that you’re on the server first before sending the code.
The group should appear on the server list (left panel)
If it’s not there, please follow the Discord invite link found on your welcome email.
The original invite is on number 2. You can generate a new one using the link on number 4 if the original expires.
Once you’re on the server, check if you have turned on direct messaging on your Discord user settings.
Please test out sending the Activation code to the LaunchPass bot again after this step. If this still does not work, please open a support ticket and we can try to help you get your issue resolved.
