Let us know you’d like to upgrade your account, and to which higher tier you’d like to upgrade to. We will help you manually upgrade your account from there.
Example Message to Write:
“Hello, I am currently a Bronze member and I would like to upgrade to Gold.”
We will process a partial refund for your time unused for your current membership and automatically re-subscribe you to your new membership tier.
